Welcome to the School of Natural and Applied Sciences
The School of Natural and Applied Scieces (SNAS) spans the entire range of scientific teaching and research, from pure and fundamental discovery that advances our understanding of the world around us to the direct application of science and technology that transforms and improves lives as well as sustaining the environment. The school produces graduates at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels who do not only understand science but are relevant to industry as well.
The School consists of three departments namely: Department of Physics, Department of Mathematics and Statistics as well as the Department of Chemistry and Biology with a total of 8 programmes. The School is also teaching foundation sciences for pre-medicines and pre-engineering students.
