Introducing
TEACHING METHODOLOGY
Teaching Methodology
Course Details
Background
There is growing interest from non-teaching staff to join the teaching profession especially at higher levels of education. As part of the professionalization of teaching as a career and in line with the requirements of the Higher Education Authority in Zambia, individuals who intend to teach in higher learning institutions but do not have a teaching background, must undergo a pedagogical training in teaching methodology. It is therefore as a result of the foregoing that Mulungushi University through the School of Education has introduced this short course in teaching methodology.
