Mr. Francis Lungo, Assistant Dean,School of Social Sciences
Francis joined the teaching staff of Mulungushi in March 2012 and currently lectures in the School of Social Sciences and is also Assistant Dean in the same School Since September, 2012.
Francis possess a Bachelor of Social Work Degree (UNZA) and Master of Development Sociology (Huazhong Normal University – China)
His academic specialties are:
- Programme Designing and Implementation
- Development Sociology
- Social Security and general Social Work
- Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Activities/Projects
- Research Skills and Supervision
He is an acclaimed conference speaker, and an experienced public speaker endowed with IT skills.
Francis has worked in national and international institutions, private, public and not-for-profit, in the fields of community development since the late 1990s.
He believes that every student and community can flourish if appropriately challenged and supported.
